I’m a learning enthusiast who enjoys solving business problems through employee learning and development.

With a B.A. in Organizational Leadership/Business Administration and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology, I have the perfect combination of education and experience to make a real difference in any organization.

I worked in the finance and retail industries in the US after graduating with my B.A. I then became a teacher in Taiwan where I've spent the last 7 years working in education.

The last two years I have held the title of Head of Department. In this role I've done curriculum development, instructional material development, and employee training.
